Dealing with Uninvited Members

I created a groupsite that is invitation only. I invited just my staff (60 people) to begin with and was waiting until the upgrade was in place before inviting external people. I'm on vacation and decided to check out the site to see if any staff began "seeding" topics. I found many new people on the site that I haven't invited. I had set the privelege of inviting new members to "Managers Only." What happened?

Rick,
Strange problem indeed.
Couple things I would check:
1. How many managers were set up and if any had "accidently" invited people from another group.
2. Check your public, semi-public or private status settings. Possibly it didn't get saved properly, so if it's in Public mode, anyone can join without needing a managers approval.
3. If all else fails, you could call 911... just kidding.
You might contact Shaun Callahan at shaun@collectivex.com to help you get this squared away.
Afterwards you can probably delete/remove anyone that is not supposed to be part of your group.
Best regards,
Michael
