I deleted half of my page somehow!!????

Is there any way to revert to a last saved version of a page? I simply pasted a snippet of code for an RSS feed between two existing sections and saved it then half of my page was missing. I just started building my site and don't want that to happen again.

I realize that it's pobably too soon to expect a response but for those that would have tried to help me I think I know where I went wrong. I think I pasted as string that pointed to an XML file and that took over the surrounding area. Whatah a goof!!!
