File Cabinet refresh!

The File Cabinet look and features have been refreshed for most Groupsites.  Here are the highlights:

• "Soft" Deletes.  Deleted files are recoverable.  You will now see a trashcan icon located after your last folder.  Click the Trash Can to view deleted files.  You can choose to Restore, Move or Purge files in the Trash Can. *Purging a file is permanent and can not be recovered.  Purge carefully!*


• Drag and Drop.  Click and hold on a file and drag it to a new file folder or to upload to the file cabinet. 


• Bulk File Export.  Export all of your Groupsite files at one time as a zip file from the Export Data area available to managers.  (Watch for Subgroup file exports coming soon!)


• Progress Bar.  Now it is easier to know the requested file action is in progress or completed.  Click "Ok" when the action is complete.


• File Folder edit icon changed from a "cog" to a "pencil".  We all know it's much easier to make edits with a pencil than a cog.


• Subgroup Folder icon changed to a "file drawer" icon so subgroup folders are easier to distinguish from main level Groupsite folders.
