You can obtain Last Online Data from within the "Manage Members" area of your Groupsite.

As a Groupsite Manager, you can retrieve and review Last Online information at anytime. Here are the instructions:

1. Login to the Groupsite

2. Go to the Manager Tab

3. Click on the "Manage Members" Sub Tab, then click on the "View Options" link (located under the "Membership Overview" Area on the right);

4. Using the Groupsite Filter, you will be able to filter member data by "Last Online".

5. In the "Filter By" box, use the drop down to select the "Last Online" option.

6. The Last Online filter will give you 3 options to further narrow
the search (After, Before, Between). Select the option that will result in your desired time frame being displayed.
7. After selecting or entering the date, click on the "Submit Filter" button to view your results.

You will see a summary of your results, For example:

Matched
1,937
out of
2,767
members.

In addition, you will see those users listed.

When you are finished, please ensure that you "clear your filters" by clicking on the "Clear Filters" link.

Thanks for the quick response, that is helpful. It doesn't however get me stats on members who contributed over a certain period of time, only those who were online.

Anyway to get those numbers?

In short, "No", that information is not available with the Groupsite Statistics Module.  Groupsite Stats gives you more of a big picture view. Our Groupsite
Stats Module currently provides you with "Page View" information to help
you understand what sections and content within your Groupsite generate
the most traffic. For example, you would be able to see if more traffic
flows to your "Discussions" page compared to your "File Cabinet" page.

You will also have access to Email and Invitation Statistics that
help you to gain insight into how often group related email is opened,
viewed and clicked.

Finally, with Demographics and Member Stats you can track age ranges,
professions, locations, and the "overall" group activity of your members.

Have you tried using Google Analytics? Google Analytics "may" give
you the detail that you are seeking. Adding tracking codes allows
integration with Google Analytics. This link to our Group Blog will
