Change Discussion heading text ?

Is there a way that I could change the Discussion heading black? For instance the discussion heading color of this topic is orange. How can I change it to pure black ?

According to my searchings.. You must have a "Premo" account with Groupsites In order to alter more then Just a "basic" level of Template Color. For More Information On This Topic or Question:

Again.. Not everything can be adjusted as your viewing the page.. However the page colors can be adjusted as stated here: Base Template Colors
Then you can alter the other colors accordingly.. In order to do this, simply change the "Base color" then alter the main menu colors and hovers with the "Edit Custom Stylesheet Colors" Or vice virsa..
