Hi. Several members in my groupsite would like to be able to include html in their discussion comments. Will we be able to some day soon?
Thanks.

Bonnie - This can be done now by selecting the "HTML Source" tab on our text editor - the 3rd tab over - and pasting the desired html code.

Oh, you're right. I meant in the group blog. Sorry Shaun.
How the heck are you? I miss our conversations and look forward to juggling with you again soon. In the mean time, take good care and have fun getting things done.

The blog uses the same editor so the same applies.
Yes, there's an editor afor writing blog posts. There is not an editor for writing comments to blog posts. And there's copy under the field for writing comments that specifically says "No HTML. allowed"
Here's a screen shot of what I've been trying to describe with words. Thanks, Shaun, for your responsiveness!

No HTML allowed.1024 character limit.
Ahh - now I understand. The reason we didn't allow for html there goes back to the distinction we make between a blog and a discussion. If what your saying is worthy of comments that would include html, that should probably happen as a Discussion Topic where the conversation can continue. Blog Posts are primarily sharing of thoughts that don't necessarily require extensive discussion afterward.
Hope that makes sense.
