I and some of my members are not receiving the weekly or bi-weekly updates from the group site. Has there been a change that I am unaware of or is there something askew?

While we were seeing Recent Activity Updates going out, we did find a potential issue that may have prevented some users from receiving their updates from some of their Groupsites. If this was happening for you in one of your Groupsites, we expect you'll see those Recent Activity Updates resume again next Monday.
That said, there can be a variety of reasons for missing or delayed email. Here are some common culprits:
1) Mail can get trapped by SPAM filters. To help avoid this, we recommend that you add the following addresses to your address book and/or email whitelist:
cxmailer@groupsite.com
notifier@groupsite.com
support@groupsite.com
2) Mail delivery preference settings.
Group-level settings: A manager controls group settings that determine whether members "opt-in" or "opt-out" from receiving Recent Activity Updates. This is controlled in the MANAGER>Group Settings>General Settings area, under "Member Engagement."
Member settings: A user who wants to receive updates can confirm under MY SETTINGS > MY PREFERENCES in the "Recent Activity Updates" area that they are set to receive Recent Activity Updates. (If you have this is set to bi-weekly, you should get them on Monday and Thursdays.)

Thanks for the reply! I did check spam and settings before I posted the question so I'm hoping what you found is the answer. I will wait until next week and if I don't get the updates I'll contact you again.
