Please Help, Admin. Email Incorrect-How to Change?

Hello, how can I change/delete an incorrect ADMIN email login and email address for a group I set up? I am receiving NO emails or blasts from that group; folks are complaining that my email keeps bouncing back. I used the "add an email address" option and added the correct address, tried to select it as the contact email, but still nothing. My other Admin. - co-founder of our group - is receiving email blasts and emails from folks in our group just fine (I added her to our acct.


Here is what happened: I typed in an incorrect email address for me (as my login AND apparently for contact from that group) when setting up our non-profit Groupsite. I had combined the beginning of my pers'l email with the @ ending of my work email address, which DOES NOT EXIST; therefore, all of my group emails are bouncing back - I receive nothing, as has been reported.

I would also like some light shed on this topic. The email admin address Im currently using is my personal one, and I would prefer the use of my business email contact. Please let us know how to change.

This information should help:



  • If you associated an incorrect email address with your profile, that address will still work for log-in purposes.

  • You can log-in to your Groupsite and then add a new, working email address.

  • Once you add and verify your new email address, you will be able to delete your old / incorrect email address.

Also, I did notice that the user "Lynne Dintiman" is only a member of Groupsite.com Champions; and, not currently the member or manager of any other Groupsite. Your profile (whether "Lynne Dintiman" or an "Admin" profile you may have created) must be associated as a member of a Groupsite in order to receive that Groupsite's Recent Activity Updates.


If you write to us at support@groupsite.com with the email address you've mentioned above, and the name of the Groupsite you created, we can confirm your membership in that Groupsite.
