Is there a way to see what non managers see, or ways to see what certain members see, mainly to double check and make sure the correct people have the correct acess to certain areas?

Jeremy - Not today but we absolutely need that. I have submitted an enhancement request to add a "View as a User" mode that managers can easily use.
Great suggestion.
