I just replaced my main content by mistake

Hello
Does anyone know how to recover lost content? I tried to add a Module but replaced my main content on the summary page instead. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Joe, user-generated content that has been deleted from a content module cannot be recovered. However...
If the content you accidentally deleted was your "Welcome Module" here's the prepopulated text that appears in every new Groupsite:
Welcome to the Groupsite for [Group Name].

If you used the above text as the basis for your own message, at least that's a start.
