Groupsites Directory

Congratulations CollectiveX on the launch of the groupsites directory. It looks pretty swish and it is really good to see how other groups are using the program!! I must admit, it was also pleasing to see my group doing well in the health/wellness section!
Just as an aside: I was wondering if from a marketing point of view, there was any merit in getting people like myself to manage a sub-site site that encourages similar professionals to set-up collective x groups? I am thinking of a site that would encourage psychologists (who naturally form specialized groups) to use CollectiveX. It might be a good way to harness users in specific fields to promote the program in their areas of expertise.

Gareth,
I'm sure I speak for the whole team when I say that we'd definitely appreciate any help you want to offer in promoting CollectiveX.
And, thanks for the compliments on the Groupsites Directory. We really believe that is going to help groups and our service grow and grow and grow...
Good to hear. I am currently in the process of having some websites built for me as well as planning a re-build of psychsplash (my main site). I can definitely see some ways that I could promote CollectiveX in those contexts. Perhaps I need to have a chat with you guys via email on what would be the most streamlined way to do this. I think the groupsites directory will be excellent. It certainly gives me incentive (as a group owner) to keep growing my group.
