File Cabinet Question

If I upload something to the filecabinet as a group, or subgroup administrator, can anyone who has view rights to the file cabinet come behind me and delete the file? or is deletion limited to group/subgroup admins?

The ability to delete is limited to Managers, admins and the person who actually uploads the file.
