Time changes from different access locations.

We have an event which takes place in Chicago from 6-11. When the collectivex page is accessed from Los Angeles it automatically changes the time of the event to two hours earlier or 4-9. If you access the page from New York the time of the event reads from 7-12. While we have told people that the time of the event changes based on the access location, it's still very confusing to many who aren't aware of the automatic adjustment.
Is there a way to display the time so that it will simply read from 6-11 Chicago time without it this automatic time adjustment?

This is the third time I've posted this question on this site and have never received a response.
Hi, Allan. Sorry we missed responding to you sooner. Our calendar displays event times to each user based on the time zone that's selected within their Member Profile. While a user can set their time zone to whatever they want, events posted to the shared calendar will always display to them based on their time zone setting. There is no override for this feature.
What do you think of doing a better job letting people know that the automatic adjustment has occurred, instead? For instance, maybe CollectiveX could get the time zone to display along with the hour in the calendar or have a message that indicates all times reflect their time zone (and, what that time zone setting is).
Also, a few general notes on time zone settings that may be useful:
