Duplicate membership listings.

Just recently approved a membership, it shows the exact same member as joining twice; same email address, joined same time and date.  This happened 2 times today, so now I am showing two more membersbecause their names are listed twice, everywhere on the site.  I am the only manager that this has or is happening to?  Any suggestions Joe?  Clarence?  Thanks.

I now have 2 Millard Fillmore's and 2 Martin Van Buren's. They all joined at the same minute.  Wow.
