We just migrated our domain over to Collectivex and now my emails are not grabbing any sent emails. Anyone experiencing this issue? Any suggestions?

Yes. This happened when I switched my domain to Collectivex - everything was working fine prior to that
Ed,
CollectiveX does not provide personal email services (POP3, IMAP, etc.) - we don't provide any INBOX or anything like that.
However, we can manually add MX entries for your domain if you let us know what you would like them to be.
Here's another explanation of what's at work here (just in case it helps anyone reading this):
MX records are DNS entries that provide a "pointer" to the official mail server for a domain.
CollectiveX does not currently offer any incoming mail delivery services for our customers - thus, by default, we do not create any MX records when you map your domain name.
However - if you email CollectiveX support with the desired MX entries and your currently mapped custom domain name - we can manually enter MX records for your domain.
Just pm'd you with our info - Any idea if mx record control will be available in future to premium members?
Yes, absolutely.
In the future, the domain name mapping process will be overhauled and will include a wizard interface, a status screen, and allow custom DNS records.
