Manager Question: How to hide the email.I.Ds of group members in group settings?

Dear Experts,

I manage as well as own few groups on CollectiveX. I need help in understanding how to hide email.I.Ds of group members on their profiles because i think privacy is very much important to people who join the communities.

Also, how to build connections on CollectiveX....

Pls Guide me............
