How to - Create Photo Galleries in a Groupsite and Add Photos

The Photo Galleries feature makes it easy to share pictures within a Groupsite. Just follow these steps:


1. Select the SHARE tab


2. Select the Photo Galleries subtab


3. To create a new gallery click the "Create New Gallery" link at the top right.

You will see the fields to name your gallery as well as provide a description then simply hit "Submit".

4. You can now upload photos by selecting the "Upload Photos" button.

5. The pop-up window allows you to upload 4 photos at a time. After the upload, you'll see a page where you can add captions and descriptions. Descriptions will not be visible from the thumbnails, only from the larger images and slideshows.

You can add photos to an existing Photo Gallery by simply selecting the name of the Gallery and following step #4 above.
