When the Monster Government Solutions sales team first heard the client describe what they needed they asked for "Monster meets Facebook meets Linkedin." This Department of Labor funded project was not to be just another Monster Career Site. They wanted more. They didn't want just a place for people to find jobs but a community where workers could communicate, knowledge could be shared and professionals could network to help each other make things happen not just at the beginning of a new job but throughout their entire professional career.
