For those of you wishing to have private discussions among members (with Manager privileges) within Groupsites. If you have premium permission controls, you can create discussion forums and file folders that are only visible and accessable to other group managers.
Many of you have requested this feature. In the not to distant future this feature will expand to enable you to create custom groupings of members that can view a designated forum or file folder.

This is a great feature. We have been using email to discuss group issues/direction. This way we can remain within the context of the group and we will have an audit trail to remind us why we chose a policy or made a decision.
I agree, this is a great tool and it is doing great things for many organizations. My organization offers business consultation and website development. We share this tool with many small businesses and they have all provided positive feedback.
