You can delete a folder in a Groupsite file cabinet if you are a Groupsite Manager or the creator of the folder.

Here's how:

1. Select the SHARE tab and choose File Cabinet.

2. as a Manager, next to each folder you will see a small cog wheel icon.  Click the one next to the folder you wish to edit or delete.

3. A drop-down menu will appear that will give you the options to change Folder Properties, Rename Folder or Delete Folder.

- A pop-up message will display, asking you to confirm the deletion:

- Click OK.

 Note these exceptions:

- When you create a Groupsite, a "Group Files" folder is automatically created. While you can rename this folder and change the properties associated with it, you cannot delete this folder.

- When you create a subgroup, a "Subgroup Files" folder is automatically created. The name of a Subgroup Files folder automatically follows the name of your subgroup. You cannot rename or delete this folder, unless you rename or delete the subgroup. (File folders of a subgroup are visible from within the subgroup. They also "roll up" and are visible at the main Groupsite File Cabinet level to members of that subgroup).
