Changing Who Pays the Bill for Premium Features


Sometimes a Groupsite manager uses their personal credit card to pay for Premium Features of a Groupsite and at a later date, it is decided that another group member (or perhaps a corporate card) should be picking up the tab.



Here are the steps to make the change:



1. Log-in to the Groupsite



2. Select the MANAGER tab



3. Select the Upgrade Groupsite subtab



4. Scroll almost to the bottom of the bottom of the page and their is a line that says "Your next charge: "date/year" on card ending XXXX (change card).  Click the "change card link)



5. From the "Billing Information" page, click on the arrows next to where it says "Keep using the "card type" ending in XXXX" and choose "Use a different card from now on" and hit SUBMIT



6.  Complete the billing fields with the new billing and card information and hit SUBMIT.
