Feature Spotlight - Using the Help Tab

Need information about your Groupsite? Or, want to contact a group manager? Just visit your HELP tab!


Rolling your mouse over the HELP tab reveals 6 easy-to-get-to links. The drop down menu looks like this:

Here's how clicking on each link can help you:


FAQs - Clicking this link will open the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page in a new window. This is a great place to get your questions answered and learn about the features of a Grouspite and how to use them to make things happen.


About this Groupsite - Clicking this link opens a pop-up window with a few facts about your Groupsite including visibility, membership and your status.  Here is what this pop-up might look like for your Groupsite:

Contact Manager(s) - Clicking on this link opens a page where you can type a private email to the Manager(s) of the specific Groupsite in which you are a member. This is always the best way to start since not only will you get the answers you need but you are providing meaningful feedback to the Groupsite Manager(s).  Chances are, if you have a question, someone else might have the same question as well. Feedback is good.  Here is what the window looks like:

Feedback - Clicking this link shows a pop-up window where you can send specific feedback to either the Groupsite Manager(s) or the support team.  Simply choose the feedback category, type your message and hit "send." Here's what the window looks like:

Recent Activity - Clicking on this link takes you to a page with a Recent Activity module that shows you what actions group members have taken in the Groupsite. Here's a peek:

Contact Support - Clicking on this link opens up your email with a new message addressed to the support team. If your Groupsite Manager or the FAQs don't provide the answer you need, let us know.  We are always happy to help.
