Allow Discussion and Blog MODULES more specificity

I would like to be able to specify in Modules which Discussion forum or Blog to list without having to be restricted to Featured Discussion or Blog.  See the following for example.

In "Featured Discussion" I can choose which Forum (similar with Blogs, I can choose which Category).

But if I decide to list "Most Popular" or "Most Recent" I can specify which Forum... only all of them.  For a modular approach, I tend to think most of your group managers would appreciate the ability to drill down to more specificity when choosing "Most Popular" or "Most Recent".  I think its OK for this generality on the Summary Page  but with more specific modules, I think the ability to specify topics is more helpful.  The following scr shot shows how we don't have the same specificity at "Featured Discussion"
