What does Subscribe do in Discussions?

I'm not sure what the Subscribe button does in the Discussions? How does that change from previous behavior? I clicked on it and the button is still there each time I go into the discussion, so not sure if I'm really subscribed or not or what that means? Is there any place to see all discussions subscribed to?

Hey Chris,
As far as I know, "subscribing" lets you get an email everytime there is a reply to the discussion thread so you can stay on top of the conversation. If it is still there after you've clicked on it, and doesn't change to "unsubscribe" then you may have a browser compatability issue.
