Sorry, this is probably quite a basic question, I was not sure where to go look for online help, and I needed an answer.
How can I un subscribe from a group please ?

Michael - To remove yourself from any group just login to the group, go to your My Settings / My Profile page. At the bottom of the page, you'll notice a Remove me from this Group link

Another question, if I have submitted a request to join a group and have no response from the moderator, how how I cancel my request for membership ?
