Getting the discussions indexed in Google

Dear Shaun, I just noticed that the discussions on the collectivex.com site donot get indexed on google. We also do have a blog site and all the blog posts get indexed pretty fast on the site. Is there any plan to get the discussions indexed on google...it will just help us to drive more traffic to the site and will make the community more vibrant.
Our site(http://nasscom-emerge.collectivex.com) is getting very active and I'm very happy with the product...it's just too good.
