Ability to download all metadata about members

When I download member details it only gives me a limited number of fields of data. I want to be able to download all the fields they have completed about themselves (including all the free text fields; custom question fields etc).
Is this possible?

This would be a helpful feature allowing my users to slice and dice the membership lists when exporting to Excel, for example.
