Seeking Help to Alter Groupsite Page

Greetings Champions,
I am interested in changing my groupsite front page to add more value to my members. However I'm less than well versed on how to make the technical changes required. I have a vision but need support. Can anyone recommend an expert who can help me rebuild my groupsite? I'm grateful for any suggestions you may have.
