HOW DELETE OR CHANGE MODULE "For Email Marketing you can trust"

Wanting to change or delete "For Email Marketing you can trust" in the Sign Up Module on our Home Page. How to do this?
Comment: It makes sense to me that this would be visible when the manager is logged in. But it doesn't make sense for regular members to see it because it can be confusing to some to think that Signing Up could involve them in marketing or signing up for marketing or something wholly unrelated to what they are actually signing up for. Does this make sense?

The information that you are referencing is 3rd party
content that was added by a Manager in your Groupsite via a Free Form
Text Module. It is not Groupsite content. We recommend that you consult
with the the source of the widget (Constant Contact) for assistance.

One more thing Paul, you can likely remove the last sentence in the 3rd party content to remove that sentence... look for something like the below entry in the embed code (likely the last line) and delete it:
For Email Marketing you can trust.</div>
