I would like to see a business category "Charity & Not-for-Profit".

Kristen Thorson,
I agree there should be Charity & Not-For-Profit category of enterprises. Note the same category on www.irs.gov for exempt organizations. There are many legal, tax, regulatory, resource development, reporting and electronic tool matters for exempt organizations, whether charities, trade associations, social club, labor, mutual benefit and member-based insurance programs, cemetaries. Under IRS, there are Sec. 501(c) (2) all the way up to about (25) organization.
Today, I am attending the Chicago Bar Association Exempt Organizations Committee (subcommittee of Federal Taxation Committee), which I helped establilsh in mid-80's. Topic: the New IRS Form 990 for annual reporting (similar to 1120 for businesses) which will be used for tax years ending this coming December 31 and later.
Layton Olson, Attorney, with practice focused on legal and resource-development services to tax exempt organizations and businesses that work with them, including through government relations and writing and professional development projects.
