Response to topic not posting

Hello,
One of my members is having issues with her posts showing up in the discussion. She joined and created her account from her work computer and everything works fine from there, but when she tries to post a response from her home computer it won't save. My thought is that it must be something on her computer that is blocking the response from posting, but I really don't know. Any suggestions on how to help her? My site is eqinitiative.groupsite.com and this is in the Adult Learning 2013 subgroup.
