Require a Photo or export those who dont?

I've searched through the Champions site and can't find the answer to the following:
- is there a way to require a photo upload like you can require profile questions?
- is there a way to filter those who don't have a photo (I know you can filter those that do) and export that list to excel so that we can email and remind them to upload it?
please advise

Hi Robyn,
We're sorry, the functionality does not currently exist to require that a profile photo be uploaded by your members. However, as a Groupsite Manager, you can upload a profile photo on behalf of your members from the "Manage Members" tab. You will be able to click on the photo icon next to each member's name.
Regarding filtering those members who do not have a photo and exporting that list, this functionality also does not exist. We're sorry that we could not be more helpful at this time.
