Site Down - "cannot find server"

Hello. Our site is:

We are not able to access the site, but I'm not sure if it's a DNS problem on our side or what is happening. Could you check it out on your end?

We checked on our end, and we are not getting any DNS results from you at all. We recommend that you contact your DNS provider. FYI, it does Not appear that your Domain Name has expired.
One more thing, when reporting a major problem and you need immediate assistance, please email us at: support@groupsite.com . Contacting us via Champions could result in a delayed response as our first priority is always to address Support Requests reported via support@groupsite.com.

Hi Ben,
I had a similar problem---the site I advocate was PAINFULLY SLOW BUT IT DID LOAD--EVENTUALLY. I didn't post anything as I wanted to see if it would be bad today and it's been better today so I am not sure but something yesterday was in the air.

Hi Teri,
We had a problem yesterday with the site which is unrelated to Ben's Custom Domain Name set up which is being addressed privately. The site was extremely slow yesterday for about 2 hours. Because the site was so slow during that time period, we considered the site to be down, although if you were very, very patient your site would load. We posted yesterday's issue in Groupsite.com's Offsite Status page.
