Main Page basic/advanced edit feature not working properly

Sorry you're having trouble and thanks for letting us know.  I just testing using Firefox 11.0 (on a PC) and am not able to duplicate this issue.  I'm also asking our other support staff with a Mac to try.

It's also possible this is not a web browser issue, but specific to your Groupsite. If you can contact us at support@groupsite.com, we'll take a look for clues of other things that may be happening. So we can best help, please include:

• The name or URL of the Groupsite where the trouble is happening.  (If you've noticed it happening in more than one Groupsite, that would also be useful to know.)
  

• What module(s) are you trying to edit when the problem occurs?


• Reference to this discussion (http://champions.groupsite.com/discussion/topic/show/548556)

You may also want to try this step in troubleshooting:

• Does the problem persist in other web browsers -- such as IE or Chrome?

       This will help isolate if the problem is specific to Firefox. (If another web browser works, this will also be a workaround so you can edit what's needed immediately.)

Hi Dan - our support staff were also not able to duplicate this issue using Firefox on a Mac. If you're still having trouble, just let us know. Please send the details noted above and we'll take a look where it's happening.

Thanks for looking into it.  Not sure how or why, but it is now working.  It didn't work for two days and now it does.  I have not changed a single setting or uploaded any new software or updates.  Just glad its working.
