Endorsement Length

I have searched Champions but can't find anything on being able to set a longer character limit on the endorsements. Anyone know if this can be done and if not, if it's in the plans. Our users complain that it's hard to give an endorsement in only 225 characters.

Hi Robyn,
The Endorsement/Kudos character limit is set to 255 not counting the reason text that is inserted for you. There is currently no way to change this limit, and we do not have future plans to increase the Endorsement character limit beyond 255.
