cant change the names of additional menu items

Hi Kate,

I am unable to duplicate the problem you reported. 
Are these the instructions that you followed to change the name of an
additional menu item?

Go to the "Manager" tab;

Click on the "Group Settings" sub tab;

Scroll down to the "Menu Settings" area and click on this area;

Click on the "Communicate" tab;

Then click on the additional menu item name that you want to edit;

Scroll down to the "Page Title" box and type in the new name;

Scroll to the bottom of the page to "Save" your changes.

Actually i was trying to make an adjustment to the names of the menu under the additional pages tab. you can see that the tab is selected in the screen capture above. 

I am unable to edit the 1 available extra tab through the menu setting section. 

thanks for helping out with this! this wasn't a problem before the site upgrades that include more menu renaming options (which i love!)

Hi Kate,

Thanks for the clarification.  The "More"/"Additional Page" tab was
NOT impacted by the Group App Customization change.  To make changes to
the "More"/"Additional Page" area including changing the tab name, you
will need to go to the "Additional Pages" area.

Go to the Manager Tab;

Then click on the "Group Settings" sub tab;

Scroll to the right to the "Additional Pages" area and click on that button;

When you land on the "Additional Pages" page, you will see a box that
says "Rename Tracker" tab.  Make your change in that box and remember
to click update to save the change.  If you need additional assistance,

I am not trying to change the tracker tab name, i am attempting to change the additional pages titles. if you look closely at the image i uploaded above it explains everything i am trying to do.

you can see that the titles of the additional pages are atlanta | tracking, chicago | tracking and so on. I am just trying to rename those. When i change the name in the box and hit update, i get the error. 

i am a web developer by trade and am administering this site for a client. the issue is on your end. please advise.

Sorry for the hassle you're having in renaming your additional pages.

I also did some testing and am unable to duplicate this issue in my own Groupsites. I tested with a similar name, i.e., "Chicago | Tracking."  So, we'll need to have our technical folks take a look to see if there are clues for what's different or triggering this in your specific Groupsite.

We'll contact you from support to log the issue. We'll also need to get some additional information, related to your account and which we do not publish here, and will request/confirm via that support ticket.
