Ability for non-members to submit events for the calendar

I use the calendar for my group to keep members abreast of professional development opportunities in the local area. 90% of what I include in the calendar is not actually run by the group but by third parties. It would be great for me if there was a way that non-members could submit events to include on the calendar. I could "screen" these events before approving them to go on the calendar.
