I don't get emails from my own groupsite!

I sent this issue via "contact support" a couple of days ago and got no response - which is very strange to begin with. You guys usually ROCK at getting back to us. But something is very messed up with my account, as far as communications go.


I am the primary account holder, full admin privileges, and my settings show that I should be getting digests, new member requests, post-to-all messages, and replies to "my" threads. I was getting these with no problem -- and then they all stopped.


My only clue is that this happened at about the same time as I switched to Google Apps. I did not change the email address associated with Groupsite, but I did change where that email was being forwarded. It had been forwarding to an "ordinary" gmail address, and I changed it to forward to my google apps email.


Can you guys offer any assistance? Please email me directly, because otherwise I won't see your reply. Frown

I am sorry that you did not receive the response that we sent to you on Nov-21 2011 12:29.  You really are having email problems, but we believe it has nothing to do with our Platform.  Here is a copy of the message that we sent to you on Nov-21 2011 12:29:

    We show fairregistry@gmail.com
    is your primary email address that mail from your Fair Family
    Foundation Groupsite will be sent to. We also verified that your recent
    activity mail settings our set to daily. Our guess is that the issue is
    with the change that you just made redirecting your email. We
    recommend checking the set up for your redirect.
