Clean out sub-group

Our subgroups are used for grade levels from Sept -> Aug.  Then everyone moves up a grade level, so they all move to the next subgroup.  The subgroup leaders are wondering if they can start with a "fresh" subgroup.  Is there a way to delete all the discussions in the subgroup?

Chris,

You can delete a topic and all replies to that topic in a single click, using the "Delete Topic" feature. This is accessible to managers in the "Edit Topic" area of each topic. (See how: http://champions.groupsite.com/post/how-to-edit-delete-a-discussion-topic-or-reply).

It is not possible to delete multiple Discussion topics in a discussion forum at the same time.

If you do not need other content from your current subgroup, another option may be to create a new subgroup for the new school year, invite the class to that new subgroup, and then delete the old subgroup. Some of our plans also include the "bulk edit" feature. This would allow you to skip the invitations and directly edit multiple members' status at a single time, to place them directly into the new subgroup.
