Multiple All-Day Calendar Events

Greetings,
I frequently post calendar events that are all day events and take place over multiple days. Currently it seems when I choose the "all day" feature I can only specify one day for an event. Or when I choose multiple days I have to specify times. Is there a way to schedule calendar events that are both all day and occur over multiple days?
Thanks,
Emerald

Hi Emerald,
To create a multi-day event that is both all day and occurs over multiple days, select the "All Day" feature. You will next see an option to select the event's start date, in the "From" field. You should also see a menu option beneath that field for "Repeat."
If you choose the repeat option, a new box appears with a menu choice of "Indefinitely" or "Until Date." Select and enter the last day of your multi-day event using the "Until Date" option.
In your calendar's monthly view, the event will display on each of the days for the range you selected, as:
(All Day)
Event Name
Thanks Diana,
There is one more step which asks me to denote "Frequency." Neither choices seem to apply, as this event does not occur ever X days nor on the X day of every month (it's just a three day event).
I can't seem to finalize the event without filling in this item. Any ideas?
Emerald
Hi Emerald,
Diana is off today, but I can help. Multi-day and all day are contradictory in our calendar. An all-day
event is defined as one that has no duration and just occurs on a
particular date. The closest you can get is to set up an all day event that recurs daily with a recur until date of the last date. See the attached screen shots.
