Usability request with menu

I do a lot of training for my GroupSite users and one thing I find that confuses new users is the way the menus work. When you hover over a menu you can see everything listed vertically which is great. But when you click something in that menu those menu options move to a horizontal list under the first menu.

So for example, if you hover over the Share menu you can see Calendar; File Cabinet and Photo Galleries. The user then clicks on Calendar to see what's in there. So far so good. Next, they want to see what's in Group Blog so they do the same thing, i.e. hover over Share and wait for the Group Blog option to appear. Which it never does because the option has moved.

I realise its only a minor thing and people get used to it eventually. But for new users it kind of throws them and puts them off using the product.

It would be good if you could change it so that all menus worked the same regardless of whether you are in the menu or not.
