private messaging not going through

There seems to be a problem with the private messaging feature of our site. Members are not receiving emails when other members send them private messages. I have manager status and I tried to send a message to another manager and I copied myself and neither one of us received anything.

I have just run a few private email tests on our end, and have not been able to reproduce this problem. If you continue to have this issue, will you please contact us at support@groupsite.com. We will then gladly investigate further into the problem.
