How Do You Delete an Endorsement?

Hi Dan,

To delete an endorsement that you have given:

1. Go to your "My Settings" tab

2. Click on the Endorsements Sub Tab

3. Click on the "Given" button located at the top right of the endorsements/kudos page

4. You will see a list of endorsements that you have given to members

5. Click on the trashcan icon located to the left of the profile photo of the endorsement you want to delete.

6. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the endorsement.

One of my members complained about an inappropriate endorsement and wants it removed from his profile.

I visited the profile page of the woman who endorsed him and discovered how to delete that particular activity.

The endorsement is now removed from her profile but not his.

Is there a caching issue here (or something else)? Will this eventually disappear from his profile page? Or is there something more that can be done?
