Not able to access subfolders in File Cabinet

Hello,
When I try to access one of the subfolders in the File Cabinet, it starts to show "Loading" sign and this loops indefinitely.
Also, when I try to upload a file trough 'attach' option in discussions - it starts to upload, but then doesn't refresh the folder and the file is not there...
