Creating group template, including pre-populated files

I use Groupsites for a variety of projects and classes that use common sets of documents when each group forms.

Is there a way to create a templates for specific kinds of groups, with standard:

• Brand identity (background image, text style and color, )


• Welcome messages, email blast subject line default format


• Resource files (mp3, pdf, doc, etc.)

In other words, when creating a new group (let's say, class 101 or innovation project 23b), the administrator would then send invitations for the participants to join their specific site, preloaded with all of the resource files they need for that type of project and with all of the defaults set for that kind of group.
