File "Access Denied" and "Request has expired"
I am getting this most strange message when I attempt to access a file link:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> - <Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Request has expired</Message> <RequestId>7B3D4F6D4ECDD0A5</RequestId> <Expires>2010-12-09T16:22:07Z</Expires> <HostId>oOByYWnsdhCaq56FC5q+zO9J22phutDJYITw4C+iQ+dBjhW4btlh27slp1qxQMds</HostId> <ServerTime>2010-12-21T15:33:36Z</ServerTime> </Error>
The link is associated with this link, which is related to a file I uploaded to my groupsite's file cabinet a few weeks ago. Here's the link, which also seems to be strange. Where did amazonaws.com come from? Could this address some how be related to access denial? Why is there an apparent expiration date for access?

Hi Ralph,
We apologize for any confusion! We recently moved our file storage/hosting to Amazon. Previously, we hosted/stored files internally. That explains why you now see the reference to "Amazon" "S3".
The link that you referenced is the URL of the file on "S3" and contains a token that is only valid for a short time. You will need to get the link from the file cabinet not the URL bar. You can get the appropriate URL by right clicking on the link in the file cabinet and "Copy link address".
If you need additional assistance in this matter, please write to us via support@groupsite.com .
