RSVP function problems
I am using Groupsite to organize massive communications for a youth performing troupe of 60 kids/teens. All of our rehearsals, performances, and community projects are kept on the calendar and I am requiring RSVPs to everything.
I've had about 5 people state so far that when they try to click on an RSVP choice, their computer either freezes or completely wigs out. Some of them have tried multiple times and had the same issue. Then, out of the blue, the problem will resolve itself. It is CRUCIAL that this site be user friendly and convenient. That is why I chose it. With 60 kids, as well as their parents, I'm depending on this site to make communication easier for me.
Anyone had issues like this in the past or have advice on how to resolve the issue for these folks?
Who has upgraded to the premium service? Does it smooth out these little glitches?
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!

We're sorry some of your users are having trouble with their RSVP replies. I did some testing in my Groupsites, from multiple browsers, and have not been able to duplicate the problem you described.
While we welcome any comments here from our Champions, please reply to the email we sent from support requesting any further specifics regarding the trouble reports.
As for glitches - many factors can affect a users experience (bandwidth, the content of a page, server performance and even how the specific browser you are using caches and renders pages, for example) -- but, please be assured that paying for premium service is not one of them. We value the user experience of every group, including our free groups, and all our Groupsites run off the same platform.
