I am seeing Groupsite Description Text in the Header. Not sure how to explain. I am attaching the Screenshot instead which could help.

Our deploy with several bug fixes (including your Header issue) which was created when we changed our CSS to accommodate screen readers for 508 Compliance) did not occur on Friday or over the weekend. This deploy will occur today (hopefully by 5pm EST). We are sorry for the inconvenience!
