Embedding Forms from Googledocs

How do I embed a form from google docs?
I am also having a difficult time embedding widgets and google gadgets.
I understand that I need to past the embed code under advanced Editor and click on the video/widget icon. I've had luck with youtube videos and I use the old codes for vimeo but everything else i've wanted to embed is not working. Please help me!

This is an old post, but is exactly my question, too! I paste in the code using advanced editor, but the form won't display. I'm guessing the problem is in permissions somewhere.
Any way to share at least some of the answer with the group at large?

This is the answer we shared with Ms. Downs:
is that we do not allow that kind of 3rd party HTML code outside of our
protected content modules located on your Summary/Home page and the
"More" pages. This protects our Platform from attacks. You will be
able to add this code in a content module on your Summary Page or "More"
page. You can either add it to a Free-form text module or a Embed
