Is there a way my members can manage the number of emails they receive from others within my group? I have some members that prefer not to receive emails whenever some replys to an email/discussion, etc.

Deena,

Yes, absolutely. There are many ways to manage the amount of emails that you receive.

In the My Preferences area you can set all of your group-wide email preferences in one place.

Underneath the editor, when posting or replying to a topic, you'll see a check box labeled: Email me whenever a reply is posted to this topic. You can uncheck the box to disable receiving replies for that particular topic. You can also click the link labeled Change my defaults on the same line to change whether this box is checked or unchecked by default.
